Jacob began his athletics journey with EHLAC at just five years old, progressing to become a multi-medal winner at the Little Athletics State Championships across sprints, jumps and throws. He has represented WA at seven national championships, winning medals in the Hammer Throw. Coached by some of Australia’s best throws mentors, Jacob is a qualified Level 2 Development Coach through Australian Athletics and Head Coach of the Western Australian Throwers Club.
Grant works as a Trainer Assessor in the rail industry and is an active community sport volunteer. A father of three energetic boys, he’s constantly on the move—football in winter and Little Athletics in summer. His family spans three generations at EHLAC, and he enjoys giving back to the club that shaped his own childhood. Grant brings coaching experience across athletics, junior football and more than a decade in boxing.
Dylan started athletics in Under 10s and competed through to seniors, developing a passion for horizontal jumps that earned him a silver medal at the State Championships. Keen to pass on that knowledge, he moved into coaching with a focus on strong fundamentals and enjoyment of the sport. Returning this season purely to coach, he’s excited to help the next generation reach their potential.

Olivia competed at Eastern Hills for ten years and is now in her fourth season of coaching. Passionate about sport and fitness, her favourite events are shot put and the 100 m. She aims to build confidence, enjoyment and a sense of achievement in every athlete she coaches.
Robert discovered athletics in primary school and joined EHLAC in Under 11. After an early bronze in shot put at states, he progressed to state, national and international titles, representing Australia at the 2022 Oceania Championships and the 2024 World U20 Championships in Peru. He enjoys mentoring younger athletes and sharing lessons learned from training alongside Olympic and Commonwealth medallists.
