Parent Help & Volunteering

Little Athletics is a family-based sport, and competition days rely on parent and volunteer assistance.

You do not need athletics experience to help. There are many simple jobs that can be learned quickly, including assisting at field events, helping with recording results and supporting age groups.

Your involvement helps keep competition days running smoothly for all athletes.

Each family must complete 5 roster helper duties (full program day, not per event) and this includes 1 canteen duty. There is a roster that is available weekly in advance to select what helper duty would you like to complete. Please note if you do not complete the minimum helper duties per season, your athlete will not be eligible to compete in championships.
